Okehampton Eyecare are thrilled to be working alongside The Hearing Care Partnership in delivering expert hearing care services within our Okehampton practice.

Our certified audiologist will be offering a wide range of hearing services including complimentary hearing tests, as well as ear wax removal, hearing aids, tinnitus consultations and bespoke hearing protection solutions.

COMPLIMENTARY HEARING TESTS

Hearing tests with The Hearing Care Partnership are completely free of charge, performed by our dedicated professional audiologist. Our audiologist offers several diagnostic tests to suit your needs, utilising the latest technology, be that a quick hearing check that you’re after, or a more comprehensive hearing assessment. This allows for a detailed synopsis of your hearing to be created, enabling you to understand the ins and outs of your hearing health.

HEARING AIDS

Following the results from a hearing test, your audiologist may recommend using hearing aids. In this instance, they will be able to help you pick from The Hearing Care Partnership’s diverse range of state-of-the-art hearing technology. Hearing aids have come a long way, they are much more discreet and are packed full of tech compared to the hearing aids of yesteryear. Some higher-end models have the capability to link up with your smartphone.

EAR WAX REMOVAL

Ear wax removal services are also offered by our audiologist, using the latest methods to safely remove any excess ear wax. Your audiologist will utilise microsuction and irrigation techniques dependent on the level of wax build-up you have and whether you have any pre-existing conditions in order to provide the best results possible.

TINNITUS CONSULTATIONS

The Hearing Care Partnership offers free consultations for those living with tinnitus, enabling them to help better manage their condition and most importantly: reduce the impact it can have on daily life.

HEARING PROTECTION

The Hearing Care Partnership’s expert audiologist can provide the perfect hearing protection solution for you. Including earplugs for general use or custom option for a specialist hobby that requires a specific level of hearing protection, we have a variety of options available to you.
